Morgan Schneiderlin has failed to make a real impact during his time at Everton and things do not look a lot better for him under Marco Silva.
In fact, it appears Everton could be preparing to offload the defensive midfielder in January.
According to a report by The Daily Mail, (Friday 11 January 2019, page 85) via HITC Sport, the Toffees are willing to listen to offers for the former Southampton man.
Having been signed by Ronald Koeman for a fee of £20.61million from Manchester United, per Transfermarkt, Schneiderlin has struggled to make a real breakthrough this season.
The 29-year-old defensive midfielder has made just four starts in the Premier League so far and appears to be quite far down the pecking order at Goodison Park.
Schneiderlin’s future at Everton looks as though it could be coming to an end this January.
The midfielder has rarely featured for Silva and it would be sensible for both parties to cash in on any potential offers that may come in for him.
The Toffees would then be able to use that money to try and make possible additions in other areas of their squad as they look to turn things around in the Premier League.
