Everton news recap: Zouma and Digne earn France call-ups, transfer rumors, and more

Everton got a glimpse of what could be in store this Sunday as Chelsea beat Dynamo Kiev yesterday 5-0 despite Eden Hazard, Gonzalo Higuaín, and David Luiz all being rested in the win.

Chelsea currently sit 6th in the league with 57 points while Everton are in 11th with 37 points.

In their last 10 matchups in all competitions against Chelsea, Everton are 2-5-3, with their most recent meeting this past November ending in a 0-0 draw. Sunday’s match will also mark the long-awaited return of former Toffee Ross Barkley.
